Хорошо сделано, особенно гитара. Также удачно вставлена аккордовая прогрессия в припеве за вторым разом. Кстати, автор этой песни - известная в первой половине 20-го века пианистка, преподаватель Московской консерватории Елена Бекман-Щербина и её муж Леонид Бекман.

Аранжировка приятная, а вот с некоторыми местами в гармонии я не согласен
